The FHC boys swim team lost their match against Timberland, on Sept. 18th. The meet took place at the Rec Plex, Central’s home pool. FHC
lost by just six points with the final score being 93-87. Even though swimming is in some way an individual sport, having a team there for support is very important. The boys swim encourage their teammates, by cheering each other on, and pushing them to do better.

The Spartans were disappointed with the loss, especially since they only lost by six points. Senior Grant Boehne expressed his disappointment in losing the meet.

“It was very disappointing to lose, especially since we were very close to winning. We ended up only losing by six points.” said Boehne

The Spartan Boys swim, will have their next meet Oct. 3rd against Holt high school.
