Climbing Man Maker

Man Maker, the hill every runner dreads. On Saturday, Sept. 21, the FHC varsity XC team took on arguably, the toughest course of the year. With low spirits, the team bands together to encourage each other to run to their best ability.
When comparing the course to others, “It was very difficult because it had many challenging hills.” Abbie Vester, a sophomore on varsity says.
Although it was a difficult race the team battled through using a positive mindset to aid them in finishing strong. For their next race, they will run the Parkway West meet at Living Word Christian school.
