Howell Senior Showdown

At their tri-meet on Jan. 12. against Francis Howell and Francis Howell North, the swim team celebrated their seniors. The team beat North, but could not overcome Howell. This loss against their long-time rivals did not phase the Spartans because they had their mind on the seniors leaving them shortly. One of those seniors, Abigail Wolf, agrees that leaving the swim team after four years will be no easy task.
“It’s strange to think that I am not going to spend so much of my time in the pool and training. I am definitely not ready to leave the team,” Wolf said. “Although I am sad my diving career is over, I am glad I can look back at these four year in such a positive light.”
Their next meet is on Tuesday, Jan. 19. against Fort Zumwalt East High School. Watch the swim team overcome their defeat from last Monday.
