Swimming to State
As state approaches on Feb 15. the swim team continues to work hard to claim their spots. A meet against St. Charles west shows the heart they have put in this season and that they won’t stop until the end of the season.
Amanda Johnson has been working especially hard at practice and meets to prepare. “I’m excited for GACs and I can’t wait to swim in the last meet with everyone,” Johnson said.
With the final large meets coming, the team bands together to raise spirits and keep motivated. Camaraderie is an important aspect of this individual sport.
