Basketball Season is now in full swing, and the girls’ basketball team is fighting every game for a win. Friday, Jan. 9, the girls played against Troy Buchanan High School. The game was fast-paced and intense, with points being scored at a rapid rate. After lots of fighting for points, the Spartans lost their game. Freshman Chloe Bond likes to keep a good mindset when coming off a loss.
“Honestly, it’s kind of just like a next play mentality, like, just get back into the gym and, like, do what you can and just move on and do better the next game.” Bond said.
The girls’ next game is on tuesday Jan, 20, at Central at 4:00 pm.
