Birdie Brereton

Birdie Brereton, Print Editor-in-Chief

Birdie Brereton is the Print Editor-in-Chief. This is Birdie’s 3rd year working as a reporter for FHC publications, and her second year as an editor for Central Focus. As a senior looking at colleges, she is hoping to attend a university overseas in either Scotland or Ireland. If you’re looking for a good Asian food recommendation that’s not just takeout Chinese, ask Birdie, she has a plethora of amazing foods to try and will talk your ear off about every single one. Birdie’s favorite song is “Shrike” by Hozier, but literally every song by Hozier is her favorite actually, so everyone should just listen to every song by Hozier. Also his unreleased music is sooooo good. Ever heard “But The Wages”? You should.

Hall monitor Caleb Saldana stands watching as students walk through the halls. "I make sure that kids are getting to class on time and make sure nobody's vaping in the bathrooms," Saldana said. Building principals have been working with teachers to keep down the number of students in the hallway during class time.
